Payment information

Payment is only possible online, with a bank card.

Online bank card payment is made through OTP Bank. The following cards are accepted for payment: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Electron and American Express. After successful payment, the order details can be viewed under “My orders”.

Shipping and delivery

The products ordered in the web shop can be picked up at GYSEV ticket offices or Pick Pack Points. More information:

During the purchase process, the customer can select from a drop-down list in which Pick Pack Point or GYSEV ticket office he would like to pick up the product purchased.
The parcel can be picked up at the ticket office of the selected railway station within 7 calendar days of receipt, during the announced opening times.

The customer can pick up the parcel within 7 calendar days after notification, upon presentation of the printed order confirmation or the order number. If the parcel is not picked up by the customer / purchaser, a corresponding power of attorney with the signature of two witnesses is required for the handover.

The delivery time for orders for products in stock ordered from GYSEV Zrt. web shop is 1-10 working days.

Right of withdrawal

After placing the order, the contract can be changed or terminated freely and without consequences until it has been fulfilled. This can be done by e-mail at webaruhaz [at] gysev [dot] hu by specifying the order number and the name of the customer.

In accordance with Government Ordinance 45/2014. (II.26.) the customer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. In the case of a personal takeover, the date of issue of the takeover confirmation is deemed to be receipt of the goods. In the case of a written withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within 14 days. In the event of a withdrawal, the product must be returned with stating the customer’s name, at the customer’s expense, undamaged - free of external damage - to GYSEV Zrt. Web shop H-9400 Sopron, Mátyás király u. 19. 

Please note that GYSEV Zrt. is entitled to bill the customer for the costs of shipping and parcel return if the order is not canceled and the parcel is not picked up at the selected Pick Pack Point.

Exchanges and complaints

GYSEV Zrt. assumes a guarantee for the products ordered in accordance with Section 6: 159 Paragraph (1) of Act V / 2013 on the Civil Code. In the event of defective performance, we ask you to inform us in writing as soon as possible after discovering the defect at webaruhaz [at] gysev [dot] hu or at our postal address. In the event of a defective performance, we proceed according to the warranty conditions pursuant to § 6: 159 Paragraph (2) of Act V / 2013 on the Civil Code: after returning the purchased product, we primarily provide a replacement product. If this is not possible, we will either grant you a price reduction or reimburse you for the amount paid for the product. We cannot refund the shipping costs and do not assume any guarantee for defects that can be traced back to improper use or storage or improper transport.
