You don't need to download a program or register; all you need is the details of your trip.
You must have an email address to announce a trip.
On the online interface, information texts   will help you fill out the form.
After reviewing the data, you can submit the completed travel application by clicking on Agree. You will then receive a summary of the data of your application with an individual identification number.
If the process is interrupted before sending, your data will be deleted.

After submitting the application, your data will no longer be available on the online interface. For further administration, please use the document sent by us and always refer to the identification number indicated therein when contacting us at the following e-mail address: csoportosutazas [at] gysev [dot] hu (csoportosutazas[at]gysev[dot]hu).
After receiving your travel request, we will send you our offer within 3 working days to the email address you provided. You can accept the offer by clicking on “Accept” at the end, after which you will receive a confirmation from us.

We ask you to either print out the confirmation or to present it in electronic form when you pick up the ticket and to carry it with you during the trip.
